My story

I didn’t start the business—I stepped into it

In 2012, my father’s cancer diagnosis forced me to step into operations at our family business, Chit Chats. After he passed in 2015, I took full responsibility for leading and growing the company.

What started as a small operation grew into a complex, multi-location service business. I had to shift from constant firefighting to building systems, structure, and a capable team. Over time, these changes helped us scale to over 100 team members across multiple locations and successfully exit in 2022.

I bring that same hands-on experience to every client. I lead the work directly, stay involved in the details, and focus on practical, lean solutions that actually fit your business.

When needed, I bring in trusted specialists from my network — but only when they clearly add value. My style is execution-focused and intentional: we build systems that create freedom, not more complexity.
